Todd got me a quick service appointment and Grant turned up right on time. He did some good problem solving and checking and gave me a quote, then proceeded to install a new antenna quickly. The old one, it turns out, had pretty much fallen to pieces out of sight. Grant then checked all the signal strengths in all outlets and waited while I retuned the TV. Best picture ever. Very good service; I’m happy.

Unfortunately what started small ended up not so small and required a new antenna, cable and wall outlet....all of which was done in record time, without hassle and at a very reasonable price.
